TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Country Delegation invites proposal for monthly credit basis fuel (diesel) supply as per following-
Bidders must be Government approved with necessary license holder/ registered and authorized fuel seller of Padma, Meghna, or Jamuna. Furthermore, bidding firms must have at least 5 (five) years of experience in a similar nature of work with different government and international organizations. The Request for Proposal (RFQ), bidding instructions, IFRC general terms and conditions, and other associated annexures will be available from 03 March 2026 until 08 March 2026 from 0900hrs-1500hrs Bangladesh time (except weekend and holidays). The tender documents (RFQ) shall be requested by email, enclosing the Trade Licence as Fuel seller, to tahsin.maisha@ifrc.org with a copy to arifur.rahman@ifrc.org. The email subject should have RFP reference numbers as mentioned in above. The bids containing the complete proposal in sealed envelope, should be received at the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka on 09 March 2026, within 0900 hrs. to 1230 hrs. The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
