TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Country Delegation invites proposal from experienced consulting firms for following services:
Note: It is preferring to engage individual firms for the mentioned jobs. The service provider must have at least five years of experience to conduct similar studies. The Request for Proposal (RFP), detailed ToR, bidding instructions, IFRC general terms and conditions, and other associated annexures will be available from 23 December 2025 until 04 January 2026; 17:00 Hrs. The tender documents (RFP) shall be requested by email to jony.saha@redcross.org copying arifur.rahman@ifrc.org. The email subject should have respective RFP reference numbers as mentioned in above. The Technical offer documents shall be send by email to jony.saha@redcross.org and Financial Offer must be send to restylou.talamayan@redcross.org separately. The email subject should have respective RFP reference numbers as mentioned in above. If you participate in both consultancies, you must send the technical and financial offer in separate emails for each. The bids contain the complete technical and financial proposal in separate emails, and should be received on 06 January 2026, within 1700 hrs. The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
