TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation invites for sealed bids from manufacturer/sole distributors/suppliers for the following commodity -
Bidders should have at least 5 years’ practical experience in similar type job and having an average annual turnover of BDT 20 million in the preceding 3 years with audit report or financial statement from a recognized Audit Firm. For eligibility details, respective tender docs should be referred. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 01 September 2025 to 08 September 2025. Request for tender documents after the deadline shall not be considered. Tender documents will be made available only upon email request. Interested bidders must send their request to tahsin.maisha@ifrc.org with a copy to arifur.rahman@ifrc.org. Please ensure that the RFQ reference number is clearly mentioned in the subject line of the email. The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 04:00 pm. on 09 September 2025. The offers must be accompanied by Bid Bond (refundable) equivalent to 02% of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The item’s sample to be submitted to IFRC Cox’s Bazar Office as instructed in the RFQ. The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject or split any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
