The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Population Movement Operation, is pleased to invite bids from well-known suppliers/ organizations as per the schedule below:

Bidders must have at least 5 years' practical experience in supply of similar types of goods and have an average annual turnover of BDT 10 million in the last three years.
Tender documents containing Request for Quotation, Specification, Pricing Template, Supplier registration form, IFRC General Terms and Condition etc. will be available from the date of this tender notice published and until 30th August 2025, 17:00 hrs.
The tender documents can be requested by email to choton.shil@ifrc.org. Please mention the RFQ reference number in the email subject line. For Example: "Lot-1: Tender Request for RFQ-CXB-25-2257/2342: Supply of Treated Borak Bamboo".
A Pre-Tender meeting (physically) with the supplier/s will be held on 31st August 2025, 2025, at 11:00 AM at IFRC PMO office, Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox's Bazar. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting.
A Tender Guarantee (amount equal to 2.5% of the tender value) must be submitted with the bid in favor of "International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies" in form of pay order from a scheduled bank. The bid/s, complete in all respects, should be hand delivered to the IFRC PMO office located in Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh as per submission deadline mentioned above and in the tender document. Bidder can quote for one or both lots.
The IFRC reserves the right to split, accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
