TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation, invites for sealed bids from sole distributors/authorized suppliers/manufacturers for the following commodity-
Bidders should have at least 5 years’ practical experience in a similar type of job and have an average annual turnover of BDT 20 million in the preceding 3 years with an audit report or financial statement from a recognized Audit Firm. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 03 August 2025 to 4:00 PM, 11 August 2025. Request for tender documents after the deadline (04:00 pm 11 August 2025) shall not be considered. Tender documents are only available in email. Interested suppliers are requested to send their formal request by emailing to tahsin.maisha@ifrc.org, copying arifur.rahman@ifrc,org for collecting the tender documents. Bidders are permitted to submit quotations for all or any of the items listed above. Please ensure that the RFQ reference number is clearly mentioned in the subject line of the email. For example: “Tender Document Request for -tender Ref. number: RFQ-IFRC-2025-0033_Supply of “…………write your intended quoting item name/s……….” The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 03.00 pm. on 12 August 2025. The offers must be accompanied by BID BOND (refundable) equivalent to 2.5% of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies`.
