TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation together with Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) invites for sealed bids from manufacturer/sole distributors/authorized suppliers for the following commodity-
The bidder must be a legally registered business entity in the relevant jurisdiction, hold valid trade licenses specific to IT equipment supply, import, or distribution, and demonstrate extensive experience as a sole distributor or authorized supplier for the specified products. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available until 4pm, 8 May 2025. Request for tender documents after the deadline shall not be considered. Tender documents are only available in email. Interested suppliers are requested to send their formal request letter in company letterhead to tahsin.maisha@ifrc.org copying arifur.rahman@ifrc,org for collecting the tender documents. The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 02.30 pm. on 12 May 2025. The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject or split any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
