TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation together with Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) invites for sealed bids from manufacturer/sole distributors/authorized suppliers for the following commodity-
Bidders should have at least 5 years practical experience in similar type job and having an average annual turnover of BDT 20 million in the preceding 3 years with audit report or financial statement from a recognized Audit Firm. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detail specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 03 March 2025 to 11 March 2025. Request for tender documents after the deadline shall not be considered. Tender documents are only available in email. Interested suppliers are requested to send their formal request letter in company letterhead t0 tahsin@maisha@ifrc.org copying arifur.rahman@ifrc,org for collecting the tender documents. The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 02.30 pm. on 12 March 2025. The offers must be accompanied by Bid Bond (refundable) equivalent to 2.5% of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies`.
