Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) the first Islamic Shariah based Financial Institution of the country is looking for Deputy Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum Masters. No Third Division/Class will be considered.
• Must have at least 20 years of experience in any reputed commercial bank or financial institution out of which minimum 2 (two) years as GM or SEVP.
• Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development with leadership capability to manage and motivate employees.
• Strong knowledge in Investment Risk Analysis and Management of Core Risks.
• Must have good connection to source sustainable deposit and investment customer.

Additional Requirements:

• IT knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of regulatory bodies.
• Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Age maximum 60 years as on last date of application.
