iDE is an international NGO with over 37 years of experience in designing and delivering market-based anti-poverty programs in 11 countries. We are a world leader in making markets work for the poor as well as the longest established market development specialist NGO in Bangladesh. iDE believes that markets can be a powerful force for improving smallholder prosperity by creating income and livelihood opportunities for poor rural households.  iDE Bangladesh currently has eight projects in agricultural markets, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and access to finance with a focus on women’s economic empowerment and climate-smart technologies.

The objective of this short term knowledge management consultancy is to build a case study booklet that will be based on four key thematic areas. Each of the chapters will contain a specific list of contents that will include two short stories of the beneficiaries as well. Necessary paragraphs and relevant photographs will be provided for all the contents where the consultant has to fine tune the paragraphs, design and organize each chapter with relevant photographs and infographics. The four cases on four key thematic areas all together will make the case study booklet where introduction to the project and way forward for the programme sections will be added at the beginning and at the end of the booklet respectively.

Prospective applications are requested to submit their proposals (both Technical and Financial) in electronic format emailed to bangladesh.procurement@ideglobal.org with the subject line reading “Proposal for WEESMS Knowledge Management Consultancy” no later than 23:59, September 18, 2021, Bangladesh time. All submitted proposals on or before the deadline shall be evaluated and only eligible firms deemed qualified will be shortlisted for further communication.
