FOR F-COMMERCE ORIENTATION AND BUSINESS BOOTCAMP SESSIONS FOR SMES

INTRODUCTION TO IDE:

iDE is an international NGO with over 37 years of experience in designing and delivering market-based anti-poverty programs in 11 countries. We are a world leader in making markets work for the poor as well as the longest established market development specialist NGO in Bangladesh. iDE believes that markets can be a powerful force for improving smallholder prosperity by creating income and livelihood opportunities for poor rural households.  iDE Bangladesh currently has eight projects in agricultural markets, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and access to finance with a focus on women’s economic empowerment and climate-smart technologies. 1. REQUIREMENTS :

iDE Bangladesh invites qualified organizations/ individuals to submit a proposal for the purpose of the overall design and dissemination of i) F-Commerce Orientation ii) Business Bootcamp Sessions, in a co-facilitative manner to targeted Small and Medium Enterprises in Rangpur and Khulna regions. The incumbent would design and facilitate delivery of a solution to cater to the needs of rural women SMEs in building their capacity on F-commerce management and operations, and adopting best practices to help accelerate their business growth. Please refer to the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex A of this document and related annexes to prepare a responsive proposal. 

2. PROPOSAL INFORMATION:

The proposal for the F-Commerce Orientation and Business Bootcamp Sessions for SMEs requires both an in-depth Technical and Financial proposal. The incumbent should thoroughly review

2.1  Annex A - TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR F-Commerce Orientation and Business Bootcamp Sessions for SMEs- Annex A provides the details of the project, the constraints, and the scope of the assignment.
2.2 Annex B- CONTENT OF THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL- The guidelines for the Technical Proposal are detailed in Annex B.

3. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:

All proposal submissions (both technical and financial proposals) should be submitted using the format, as suggested in Section 2.2. and 2.3. The proposal submission must be submitted in its original format (Word) along with any supporting documentation to the following email address:  bangladesh.procurement@ideglobal.org with the subject line reading “F-Commerce Orientation and Business Bootcamp Sessions for SMEs for WEESMS programme” Size of the email should be limited to 25MB.  Please zip your file to ensure that it is within the allowable 25MB. All submitted proposals on or before the deadline shall be evaluated and only eligible organizations deemed qualified will be shortlisted for further communication.

Language of the proposal: The proposals must be submitted in English.

Proposal Submission Deadline: The submission for the proposal is open from 5th September 2021  to 13th September 2021 by 23:59. .
