Site Engineer For IDCOL Green Building Project

Job Responsibilities/ Descriptions
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Reporting to project manager
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensuring that health and safety of the construction works
- Checking the quality of the materials
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
Jobs Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Experienced in MEP, HVAC
Additional Requirement
- Experience in energy efficiency/Green Building field
- Worked in a team
- Good skill in written and verbal communication
Age
Tenure: 02 years (May be extended as per project requirement)
Remuneration: Negotiable
