Project Engineer for IDCOL Green Building Project

Job Responsibilities/ Descriptions
- Responsible for site supervision, managing & coordinating for completion of the project works timely
- Reporting about the progress of the project to office
- Organizing and controlling the flow of materials
- Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality
- Assist in preparing details bill of quantity, cost estimation, rate analysis, contractors bill and bid documents
- Monitoring the interior works
- Adherence to the team for NOC from different utilities (for electricity, water, gas, traffic etc.) for the building
- Checking the functionality of building after commissioning
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any reputed university
Jobs Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
Additional Requirement
- Experience in energy efficiency field
- Working in team
- Strong ability in communication and report writing
- Familiar with Green Building, BNBC, Imarat Nirman Bidhimala
- Membership of IEB(and/ RAJUK)
Age
Tenure: 02 years (May be extended as per project requirement)
Remuneration: Negotiable
