Manager, Industrial & Energy Efficiency Finance (IEEF): 01 Post

A. Qualifications

• BBA/MBA(Finance)/M.S.C with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Minimum 05 years of work experience in the relevant sector.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
• Preparing project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda papers, memos, presentations for CRM/CC/Board meetings.
• Reviewing and finalizing loan documents.
• Fund arrangements deal with the preparation of IM, financial model, meeting with potential lenders and closing deals.
• Performing agency function and monitoring financial, operational, environmental & social performance of projects.
• Preparing necessary reporting for credit lines from MDBs/DFIs.
• Meeting prospective clients, maintaining liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multifunctional institutions, etc.

C. Remuneration Package

BDT 151,200 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
