A. Qualifications

• LLM/ LLB (Hons) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• 01 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting and reviewing of various kinds of loans and charge documents.
• Participating in disbursement procedure from legal aspect.
• Checking and confirming status of conditions precedent checklist before disbursement.
• Vetting of property related documents.
• Conducting various legal due diligences for loan disbursement.
• Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
• Helping to prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other documents required.
• Representing IDCOL in legal matters before the court/tribunal.
• Maintaining liaison with IDCOL’s external law chambers to ensure the best possible actions.
• Performing any other duties as required.
