| AVP & Unit Head, Operational Risk Management: 01 Post |
A. Qualifications
- University graduate from a repted university (major in Business background) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banks and NBFIs.
- Experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Certifications in risk management will be given preference.

B. Major Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and ensure Enterprise Risk Management and deal with the Operational Risk governance, top risks reporting, risk appetite and tolerance metrics.
- Develop and oversee Standard Operating Procedures, policies, risk reporting and execute key risk management activities.
- Identify potential operational risk exposures, evaluating potential losses from those exposures and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as well as other external and internal stakeholders in terms of risk perspectives.
