Officer, Job Placement (Contractual): 01 Post

A. Qualifications

  • Master in relevant discipline and at least 3 years working experience in relevant field or bachelor’s degree with 5 years' working experience in relevant field.
B. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise data entry operator for timely entry the batch data, assessment, certification and job placement into TMS and keeping databases up to date;
  • Prepare necessary reports as per management requirements;
  • Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures;
  • Provide necessary support to Chief Coordinator and Coordinators through supplying necessary raw and process data;
  • Ensure proper trainee selection as per guideline of BP;
  • Ensure job placement of certified graduates;
  • Conduct career counseling session and arrange job fair (if needed);
  • Ensure at least 60% for NE and 90% for Up skilling job placement of trainees' enrolling and retention in jobs for at least three months;
  • Develop dynamic linkages with the Human Resource Department Personnel of the industries and identify job vacancies in industry and preparing trainees for interviews;
  • Prepare job placement documents as per project requirement; and
  • Perform any other task required by the Chief Coordinator;
 

C. Age limit: 32 years

D. Remuneration:
BDT 53,460 only.
