A. Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA with a major in Finance, having a minimum
CGPA of 3.00 from a reputed university;
- Working experience in development contexts, particularly
- with energy access and climate change will be an added
advantage;
- Strong written, communication and analytical skills in
both Bengali and English;
- Excellent communicator, able to synthesize and convey
complex information clearly;
- Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet
analysis.
B. Duties and Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of climate change projects through all
key activities in the project lifecycle including originating
project ideas, defining scope and budget of projects,
preparing for project approvals from GCF, contracting,
implementation, and monitoring;

Conducting economic and financial due diligence of
projects;

Preparing feasibility report, information memorandum,
financial model, agenda papers;

Working collaboratively with external stakeholders
(government bodies, development partners, private sector, consultants etc.) and manage stakeholder relationships
effectively;

Assisting in drafting and completing required project reports, analysis, evaluations, and other documentations;

Supporting smooth operation of the unit and ongoing
projects by coordinating and managing with other internal units.

D. Remuneration:
BDT 63,970 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity +
other benefits as per company policy.
