The International Disability Alliance (IDA) will be organizing a set of events in Dhaka, Bangladesh from the 16th of February until the 26th of February 2023.

We are looking for a fully wheelchair-accessible hotel in the city, in close vicinity to the international airport, emergency medical services, pharmacies, bank, main road, etc.
For the purposes of the event, we will be requiring the following:

• Room accommodation for approximately 60 people,
• 3 fully wheelchair-accessible rooms with a walk-in/roll-in shower,
• Wheelchair-accessible meeting room accommodating a minimum of 100 people respecting the social distancing and COVID-19 measures (Please refer to IDA COVID-19 Safety Protocol 2021),
• Conference catering,
• Audio/Visual system in the meeting room.
