Job Responsibilities

  • Actively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and property showings, clearly communicating project value propositions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and respect.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting performance, challenges, and customer insights.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Support sales recovery processes and ensure timely customer payments when required.
  • Promote customer loyalty through strategies focused on satisfaction, transparency, and trust-building.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design initiatives that align with sales targets and brand positioning.
  • Uphold company values of integrity and professionalism in every client interaction.

Educational

  • Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University

Experience

  • At least 6 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support / Client Service, Marketing, Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age: 32 to 40 years.
  • Both males and females may apply (immediate joiners preferred).

  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales & reservation management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent understanding of customer psychology and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) for top management.
