icddr,b leads the four-year TB implementation project titled “USAID’s Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh Activity”. icddr,b is inviting sealed proposals from interested organizations (company, agency, private media house/agency, etc. whether for-profit or non-profit, must be legally registered under the laws of Bangladesh) with a proven experience and also fulfil the criteria mentioned in the RFP for selection. The RFP document contains all the necessary information for interested offerors. With most proficient offeror, icddr,b will sign an agreement for currently established scope.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM BST at 68, Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Sharani, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Please see the bid documents for details of location and contact.

Offerors shall submit their proposal through hard copy in designated place as mentioned in the RFP document. Proposal must be received not later than February 08, 2022 COB. Please note that bid opening session will not be conducted as a public opening.

Pre-bid meeting will be held as per above schedule at SCM Conference Room, Level-2, Chiller Building, icddr,b, Dhaka. Interested offerors are requested to participate in the meeting on time. The offerors must bring NID Card/Company Photo ID Card with him/her to attend the Pre-bid Meeting.

icddr,b reserves the right to accept or reject all/part proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever. This RFP invitation will also form a part of the contract and will be binding upon the offerors.
