The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for a self-motivated, competent & experienced official, who is willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following position:

Functions: Lead, monitor, supervise and develop the FRM&PR department as the departmental head, work in the area of financial report monitoring and audit practice review in compliance with IFRS, ISA, quality control standards and other relevant standards, rules and regulations and perform any other activity as directed by the higher authority.

Required Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant from ICAB in the age of 45-55 years having minimum fifteen (15) years post qualification experience. However, in case of deserving candidates, age and experience could be relaxed.

Required leadership skills to guide the FRM&PR department for inspection of practicing firms. Previous expertise in CA firms’ inspection, diversified knowledge and experience in financial reporting of different entities and expertise in the application of audit software will be treated as an added advantage.

Good interpersonal skill, IT skill and competency of written communication in both English and Bengali are essential. Strong leadership skills and expertise in managing a pool of CAs are required. High ethical standard and integrity are mandatory.
