Name of the Position: Head of Security, Governance & Oversight (SGO), No. of Post: 01

Job Summary

The Head of SGO will lead the Institute’s overall technology strategy, IT governance, cybersecurity framework, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring robust and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy, policies, and governance framework.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, IT audit readiness, and risk management.
• Lead infrastructure, software development, and support teams.
• Manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
• Drive digital process automation, cloud adoption, and system integrations.
• Provide strategic leadership for IT modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years' experience, with 5 years in IT leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
