The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced officials, who are willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following positions:

1. Position: Senior Deputy Director (Head of HR & Admin), Department: HR & Admin, Division: Operations, Post: 01

Functions: Take initiatives for the upgradation of HR & Admin departments of ICAB, oversee and control the regular activities of HR & Admin, to be involved in recruitment, promotion, demotion, incentivization, upgrading qualification for various positions, upgrade organogram, KPI, JD, and other major areas of HRD, take and propose disciplinary actions against employees when required, use and monitor the operation of HR software and its further development, monitor the lift operation, generator & premises of CA Bhaban, monitor the functioning of dispatch section of ICAB, negotiate/draft deeds and other crucial letters for ICAB, make correspondence with external organization assigned by the ICAB authority, organize various official and cultural programs at ICAB and any other activity assigned by the authority.

Required Qualification: MBA in HRM, Operations Management or MIS from any reputed public/private university. Post Graduate Degree in HRM is an additional requirement. Having minimum 10 years’ experience in Admin & HR department as the Head of the department in any renowned organization. Good interpersonal skills, team leading capabilities and competency of written and spoken communication in both English and Bengali are essential. Experience in editorial work will get additional weightage.
