Name of the Position: Business Development Manager.

Educational Requirements

• Post Graduate in Civil/ Mech. Engineering from any reputed university Preferably from BUET, KUET, CUET and RUET.

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 15 year(s) similar experience in Business Development Work.

Additional Requirements

• High level of interaction transaction experience, particularly in an institutional setting.
• Sophisticated project management skills including developing schedules, budgets, project controls, managing contracts, negotiations, and client relations.
• Must have good knowledge about Business Environment in Bangladesh.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and consultants.
• Ability to work in Auto CAD, MS Office Tool.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, team, and collaboration skills.
• Must be good in English Spoken and Writing and should have the ability to prepare reports in English.
• Other duties, as assigned (TBD).
