Job Description:
Hyper systems Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to join the dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of successful sales experience while being self-driven and highly result-oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit markets regularly to find new customers and partners.
- Identify and engage with potential distributors.
- Schedule and manage client meetings and communications.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Work with teams to coordinate sales efforts.
- Analyze competitor offerings.
- Coordination with the Customer Service & Operation team regarding issues of existing customers.
- Prepare management report & dashboard and circulate to the management team
Experiences and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
- Proven track record of executing sales strategies in line to achieve company goals.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel / MS Word/ MS PowerPoint.
Educational Requirement (s): BBA/MBA or graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirement: 2+ years
