Sales Executive

Job Description:

Hyper systems Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to join the dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of successful sales experience while being self-driven and highly result-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit markets regularly to find new customers and partners.
  • Identify and engage with potential distributors.
  • Schedule and manage client meetings and communications.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Work with teams to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Analyze competitor offerings.
  • Coordination with the Customer Service & Operation team regarding issues of existing customers.
  • Prepare management report & dashboard and circulate to the management team

Experiences and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
  • Proven track record of executing sales strategies in line to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel / MS Word/ MS PowerPoint.

Educational Requirement (s): BBA/MBA or graduate from any reputed university
