Job Description:
Hyper Systems Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to join the dynamic corporate sales team. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of successful corporate sales experience while being self-driven and highly result-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
- Presenting company products & portfolios, negotiating contracts and closing deals & bids with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Frequent market visits to explore potential customers as well as distributors.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Coordination with the Customer Service & Operation team regarding issues of existing customers.
- Prepare management report & dashboard and circulate to the management team.
Experiences and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of proven work experience as a Corporate Sales Manager.
- Solid track record of winning large-scale corporate sales and bids.
- Highly connected with significant numbers of corporates & SMEs.
- Proven track record of developing & executing strategies in line to achieve company goals.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel / MS Word/ MS PowerPoint.
Educational Requirement (s): BBA/MBA or graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirement: 8+ years
