Position: Account Manager - Sales (Carrier Network)
Job Responsibilities
- Managing portfolio of a particular Business Account/s. Build and maintain strong, reliable customer relationship.
- Ensure good understanding of customer requirements & current market information. Explore opportunities to achieve sales targets with pre-sales team.
- Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of brand. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers & stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics. Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned scope of work
- Responsible for credit collection with the finance team and other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation from any reputed University or Institution. Graduation in EEE, CSE, ECE & ETE will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years relevant experience in telecommunication or ICT industries
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge about the telecommunication product, relevant industry and carrier business.
- Adaptability with new technology or attitude to learn new things is must.
- Sound skills to manage a group of accounts along with team playing mindset.
- Good in all forms of communication & good understanding & negotiation skill
