Service Solution Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Set up & maintain relevant customer relationship by varied customer activities. Listen to customer proactively, drive customer needs, issues and complaints to be closed.
  • Sales Business Planning: Determine long term business directions via market planning by aligning with operator’s BP. Make professional service sales strategy combine with business development strategy of company, region and Key Account Dept. according to market analysis, including solution strategy, competition strategy, and customer relationship strategy.
  • Identify Sales Opportunity: Analyze customer network, business and operations. Identify customer pain points. Understand customer requirement deeply to find out specific service sales lead or opportunity
  • Service Solution Design: Drive realization of the integrated customized service solution, be responsible for the quality, competitiveness, deliverability and profitability of the solution
  • Sales Project Operation: Organize & join project operation, discover risks and issues, put forward the project progress. Comply with sales process and ensure the success of project
  • Service Brand Marketing Management: Support and help the service branding activities of the representative office or account, responsible for execute and effect appraisal of the service sales activities.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Technology management. Preferable in EEE, CSE, ECE, ETE

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in telecommunication industry.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possesses good knowledge and understanding of various network technologies in telco industry
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and interact internally/externally involving people with diversified cultural backgrounds
  • Be familiar with sales project operations and have historical success experience is preferred
