Position: Senior Wireless Engineer

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Sound expertise & experience in multi-vendor network environment management.
• Broad knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies
• On-hand knowledge of installation, configuration and acceptance for multi-vendor products
• Advanced Expert Level Operation & Maintenance Support in BTS, NodeB, BSC, RNC, Repeater, IBS, Small Cell Solutions by Troubleshooting, Configuration Change & Feature deployment
• Can lead technical project such as LTE TDD implementation, rehoming, TRX addition and BTS parameter change
• Perform software commissioning and upgradation from both on-site and back-office

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE/EEE/ECE/ETE background

Experience Requirements:

• Have more than five (05) years' background in the telecommunications technology field, and have experience in delivery and maintenance of multi-vendor wireless product.
• Experience in leading project, team and major issues.
• Have general knowledge of the principles and features of wireless new technologies.
• Have a good command of the commissioning and maintenance capabilities of multi-vendor wireless products.
• Fluent in English
