Position: Datacom Project Team Leader

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a team to complete project delivery or customer support project.
• Responsible for team management, ensure everyone is satisfied, has clear vision of the task, and contributing towards the target.
• Responsible for handling all technical requirement in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
• Responsible for sales lead management and able to provide customer product solution, service solution and deploy the solution.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (04 years) degree in CSE/EEE/ECE/ETE or IT background

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom/ISP industry preferably in Data-communication Networks.

Additional Requirements: 

• Have the in-depth working knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN / L3VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, BFD, VPN FRR etc.
• Preferred to have working experience on Huawei Datacom Products.
• Have the ability to abstract project requirements, through participation in project evaluation/implementation process.
• Fully familiar with prevalent telecom industry standards / specifications like IETF, ITU-T, IEEE etc. and been able to draw technical specifications as per customer's requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability.
• Have a strong personal interest in developing self-professional competencies and skills
• Have success to lead project delivery, deeply understand delivery procedure and project management.
• Preferred to have HCIE, CCIE or Any Expert level certification on Data Network.
