Major Job Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Technologies and understand network topologies.
• Installation of RNC, BSC, BTS and other Huawei Wireless related products.
• Commissioning, integration & software up gradation.
• DATA Configuration, NM support & Alarm troubleshooting.
• Feature implementation, Rehoming BTS/NodeB, BSC/RNC migration and expansion.
• Perform root cause analysis for the network outages and recommend preventive measures to avoid the repetition of the faults.
• Any other task as assigned by the line supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE/EEE/ECE/ETE background

Experience Requirements:

• Have more than five (05) years' background in the telecommunications technology field, and have experience in delivery and maintenance of Huawei wireless product.
• Experience in leading project, team and major issues.
• Have general knowledge of the principles and features of wireless new technologies.
• Have a good command of the commissioning and maintenance capabilities of Huawei wireless products.
• Fluent in English
