We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our leadership team as the GM, Head of Operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operational performance, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the ISP including Network operations, Service delivery, Customer support, Legal, Logistics and Field operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, Legal, Logistics and finance teams to ensure end-to-end service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including procurement and logistics for network infrastructure.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control operational costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in nationwide ISP management level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Solid understanding of Nationwide ISP technologies, infrastructure, and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
