Job Description:
As a Software Salesman at Hope IT Solutions, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will represent our company and its products/services with the highest level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visit Customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
- Continuously improve through feedback and self-development.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate deals and close sales.
- Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Deep understanding of the products or services being sold.
- Ability to handle objections and find solutions that meet customer needs.
- Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
