Education: Graduate or post graduate background of Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Textile Engineering

Role:

Responsible for the entire fiber analysis laboratory.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible to ensure accuracy in testing in fiber analysis for all kind of test methods(ISO ,AATCC , GB etc.)
• In charge of implementing and revising of method SOPs (standard operation procedures)
• Responsible for internal quality management.
• Responsible of improving operational processes
• Review of the validation data and calibration of all instrument & plan schedule for calibration & validation.
• Responsible to implement any new test method and process.
• To provide Technical support and address technical, operational issues.
• Ensuring that confidentiality and integrity is maintained always in the laboratory.
• Identify, Initiate & evaluate training activities for laboratory staff.
• Supervision, monitoring and compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Conduct and Quality Assurance policies

Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in consumer testing, experience in the field of Fibre analysis testing with third party lab.

Job Requirements

• Good command in communications both spoken and writing in Bengali & English.
  
• Good Computer literacy and Presentation skill
• Have vast knowledge in qualitative, quantitative and microscopic fiber analysis. Knowledge on feather and down analysis is an added advantage.
• Previous supervisory / team leadership /testing experience in a Third-Party Textile testing laboratory environment in fiber analysis depart at least for 4 years.
• Practice in laboratory quality management, e.g., accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17025
