As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services and establishing our brand presence across multiple channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls. Handle and provide services to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Provide general information to the clients.
  • Save client data.
  • Sell our services to individual clients.
  • Must follow the official discipline.
  • Must be sincere in work.
  • Skilled people will be given priority.
  • Expert in Communication and must be Smart, Dynamic, and Dedicated.
  • Consistently achieve sales and performance targets set by the company.
  • Main role of this job will be communicating with clients, convincing them and selling our services.

Experience Requirements

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 28000 (Monthly)
