Job Responsibilities:- Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Handle and provide service to clients.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Provide general information to the clients.
- Save client data.
- Sell our services to individual clients.
- Must follow the official discipline.
- Must be sincere in work.
- Skilled people will be given priority.
- Expert in Communication, Smart, Dynamic, and Dedicated.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Visa Processing, Travel Agent, Call Center, Consultancy, Work Permit Visa Processing, Overseas manpower, Speaking Bangla (Fluent), Overseas recruiting agency
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Sales & Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Immigration/Visa Processing,Call Center
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must be physically and mentally fit in order to attend office regularly.
- Basic Computer skill is a Plus.
- High communication skill is mandatory in Bengali.
- Taking with client is the main part of this role.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
