Job Description / Responsibility

HM Expo Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and management tasks. The ideal candidate should be sincere, proactive, and capable of handling clients and guests with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and clients professionally.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage office marketing and other tasks as needed.
  • Conduct bank transactions and keep financial records.
  • Organize and maintain office files and documents.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Keep the office environment clean and presentable.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain attendance, visitor, and task records.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
  • Work sincerely with a responsible and positive attitude.

Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Employment Status: FullTime

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Hard Working, Honest and dedicated, Self-confident, Proactive and Positive attitude

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale,Software Company,Trading or Export/Import,Travel Agent,Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 23 to 35 years

Job Location: Dhaka (Baridhara J Block)

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 27000 (Monthly)
