JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : Intern                                             Dept.: Finance
Reports to : Finance Manager                                                              Base Station: Dhaka

Scope of  the position:

The Intern will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager to facilitation of upcoming audit. Also, the Intern will be responsible for ensuring compliance, filling the documents and supporting divisional offices on financial procedures.

Typical Responsibilities

Financial Analysis
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support financial decision-making.
  • Help in the creation of financial models and forecasts.

Accounting Support
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
On regular basis
Reporting
  • Help prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance reports.

Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
On regular basis
Administrative Duties
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Others

  • Accomplish other assignments needed for day to day operation and as delegated by the Supervisor.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/BBA Major in Accounting/Finance is preferable.

Other Skills

  • Knowledge about financial software will be considered an added advantage.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English & Bangla.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential.
