Orogenic Resources (BD) ltd., a Malaysia-Bangladesh joint venture company has been in the market for the last 21 years as country-leader in data management solution for the large enterprises especially Banks, NBFI’s and TELCO’s, looking for some dynamic and self-motivated candidates for the following position for its new business segment

Location: Dhaka. 

Responsibility:

• The candidate will have to develop new markets in other divisional cities.
• Senior Manager/Manager, Sales to develop and deliver our B2B sales and marketing strategy to ensure future growth and profitability for the company. You will lead a sales team and help us reach new customers/markets as well as develop existing accounts.
• While working closely with the CEO, Asst. Manager/Manager will manage all aspects of the B2B side of the company working with key customers.
• You will be given yearly sales targets that you will need to meet. 
• About you as a Business Development Asst. Manager/Manager: We're looking for someone that can not only develop a successful sales strategy but someone that can deliver results and help the company grow.

Requirements:

• You should have experience of sales/business development and managing others to get results.
• You should be driven by success and know how to analyze data to help feed into future strategies.
• You should have a good understanding of B2B sales strategies and be confident with managing the sales pipeline/funnel for the company.
• You should be personable and excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to maximize sale opportunities.
• You should be willing to lead and develop your sales team to achieve maximum potentials.

Education and Experiences:

• The candidate must have BBA/MBA from any accredited university 
• He/She must have at least 5/6 years’ hands-on experience in the field of enterprise/B2B sales in any reputed organization 
• The candidate must have good communication skills in English and Bengali.
• He/She must have pleasant personality
