Impact Finance Expert – South Asia |
The Impact Finance Expert strengthens Helvetas’ positioning as a strategic actor in impact finance in South Asia by leading project development, partnership building, and advisory delivery at programme and assignment level. The role catalyses public‑private collaboration, mobilises capital, and develops innovative financial solutions that generate sustainable development impact. Operating with a high degree of technical autonomy, the position contributes to regional portfolio growth while aligning country initiatives with Helvetas’ global impact finance agenda. The expert further builds internal capacities in impact finance and supports knowledge sharing on a regional and global level.
This is a senior technical, mid-level role with strong programme-level influence, requiring advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. |

Academic qualifications |
Mandatory:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.

We offer you
Initially, a 12-month national employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The monthly consolidated salary range is BDT 185,430/- to 371,356/- CTC, which may vary depending on experience and current remuneration.
In addition, this position will include other admissible benefits, such as Mobile Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Seniority Bonus, Medical Insurance with health and life coverage, 25 days of Annual leave, 15 days of Sick leave and excellent opportunities for professional development
