Request for proposal (RFP) for Hiring External Trainer – Training on Effective Business Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Difficult Conversations

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Bangladesh is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced individual consultants or training firms to design and deliver a high-quality training session on Effective Business Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Difficult Conversations.

This initiative is part of HELVETAS Bangladesh’s ongoing commitment to strengthening internal communication, promoting a professional work environment, and building leadership capacity across senior and mid-level management.

Interested individuals or firms must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR) and submit both technical and financial proposals, along with required documentation.
