Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation (INGO) has been working in Bangladesh since 2000, to support local communities, marginalised groups and disadvantaged people to improve their livelihoods through better access to basic services and life opportunities.

Helvetas Bangladesh invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the supply and delivery of the following products. The requirements are summarized below:

The following conditions apply:

1. Bids/ offers must be in local currency (BDT).
2. Bidding documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope, as per requirement explained in the detailed bid documentation. Only bids in the right format will be accepted.
3. Bidders can submit more than one bid per lot.
4. Sealed offers must be submitted before 4:00 p.m., on 05 March 2024. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Bid must be valid for 30 days from date of closing bid submission.
6. Helvetas Bangladesh reserve the rights to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
