INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

HELVETAS, implementing the project “Provision of support to the humanitarian response for the benefit of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh" under UNHCR funding, is inviting suppliers of supplies to submit offers for the following construction materials:

The tender will be conducted using HELVETAS standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents In (English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 20 June 2022 at 12:00 pm in HELVETAS representative office in Cox’s Bazar Office, Daria Bilash, 4th Floor (NHB-3), Block: A, Kolatoli R/A, Cox's Bazar Bangladesh. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before on 04 July 2022 at 05:00 pm at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to procurement.cxb@helvetas.org Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

HELVETAS will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to HELVETAS.

A tender opening session will take place on 05 July 2022 at 11:00am in the HELVETAS representative office in Cox’s Bazar Office, Daria Bilash, 4th Floor (NHB-3), Block: A, Kolatoli R/A, Cox's Bazar Bangladesh. The presence of bidders’ representatives is allowed.
