Invitation to Tender

Helvetas Bangladesh invites applications of National Civil Society Partner Organizations (legal aid organizations) with adequate competence and experience to implement the Access to Justice component of the 1st Phase of the project “Strengthened and Informative Migration Systems (SIMS)’ funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Applicant organizations are invited to express their interest and submit a presentation of their organization, their respective capacities, experiences and networks in specific geographical areas targeted by the project.

Applicant Organizations meeting the below pre-requisites should deliver the complete Application until the 24th August 2020 not later than 3:00 pm to the following address:

• National NGO registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (branch offices of international organizations excluded);
• Having the organizational capacity at national and District area level to implement the mandate;
• Having effective governance structures and compliance procedures/mechanisms;
• Availability of external annual audit information for the last three years, including management letters;
• Having proven track record of implementing legal aid services projects on legal awareness, formal and informal redress mechanisms for poor and disadvantaged women and men (preferably for migrants and their family members).
