Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, product awareness, and market penetration.
- Lead and manage the overall marketing, branding, and promotional activities of the company.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.
- Design and manage digital, social media, ATL & BTL campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
- Lead new product development initiatives including positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and analyze performance metrics.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration from a reputed university.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 3-5 years in similar position.
- Proven expertise in brand building and successful product marketing.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external marketing agencies.
- Creative, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
