- Perform Recruitment & Selection as required.
- Assist in setting employee objectives (KPI) & Performance Evaluation timely.
- Assist in formulating & Reviewing of all HR Policies & Guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 at Manufacturing Plant.
- Assist in organizing different employee relation program of HPL Plant.
- Maintain HRIS (SAP HCM) of HPL Plant & Ensure Proper HR Reporting & Analytics.
- Work as HRBP for Manufacturing Operations.
We require:
- BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university
- 8-12 years of relevant working experience in factory/ manufacturing set up required.
- Professional certifications in HR will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools.
- Willingness to learn & grow.
