Job Description / Responsibility

Raw Material Inspection

  • Ensure cement, sand, aggregates, and water meet required quality standards before production.

Production Monitoring

  • Supervise mix ratio, batching process, block pressing, and curing to maintain consistent quality.

Quality Testing

  • Conduct compressive strength, dimension, and water absorption tests to ensure blocks meet specifications.

Final Product Approval

  • Inspect finished blocks for cracks, size accuracy, and surface finish before dispatch.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain test records, daily quality reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
