Job Responsibilities:

• Find out new customer.
• Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales
• Retain existing client with effective co-operation.
• Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
• Prepare action plans and schedule for sales
• Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
• Maintain sales activity records & reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
• Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
• Any kind of task assigned by the management.
• Must work under pressure.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline
• If any candidate in “Civil Engineering” will get extra priority.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 year(s) experience in marketing department.
• The candidates of concrete block sector or Ready-mix / Cement will get extra priority.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
• Analytical skills and leadership capability.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/Power Point).
•  If any candidates have personal “Motor Bike” will get priority.
• Job experience on Govt. project or Mega project.

• Sylhet, Barishal, Comilla, Chattogram or other places as per company choice.
