Education

  • BBA / MBA in HRM.
  • Candidates having a Diploma in HRM and Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Block/ Concrete Factory, Auto Brick Industries
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules.

Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:

  • To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
  • To process recruiting and hiring procedures by preparing the job advertisement, short listing, interview call letters, interviewing the candidates, preparing evaluation sheets and appointment letters.
  • Maintain and update record of personal files of all the employees with requisite documents/credentials along with the record of Annual Performance Review of each employee.
  • To generate Purchases/works requisition/Capital Expenditures Request(s) for various Administrative items and verification of such bills before clearance/payments.
  • Supervision the support staff, Front Desk Officer, Security Officer and to corroborate their respective activities by checking reports of vehicle log books, leave record, courier bills/receipt, telephone bills and security related data on day to day basis.
  • Lead and develop factory personnel to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
  • To prepare & update of all compliance and Labor low related documents
  • To assist in updating all necessary license/certificates/permits
  • To arrange all kinds of meetings and make up to date the registers.
  • Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all office facilities i.e. vehicles, telephone, electricity and other office equipment i.e. photocopier, generator, printers, furniture & fixtures etc.
  • Any Other duty assigned by the Head of HR, Admin/Director/MD/Chairman of the Company.
