Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer care team, customer call/request and service engineers
  
• Prepare report on call/response/solutions
  
• Maintain knowledgebase database
  
• Make schedule for engineers as per customers given request and follow up
  
• Keep records technical services, perform by the engineers

Educational Requirements: Minimum graduation in any discipline preferable technical background.

Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)

Age: 30 to 35

Employment Status: Full-Time

• Basic knowledge on MS Office, internet browsing & Social Networking.
